Topic: 22r cylinder three misfire

I have a 87 pickup with a 22r, my problem is cylinder three is not firing. while engine idles it has a good shake to it and pulling cylinder threes ignition wire does not change how the engine runs.   i have installed new spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor and checked and replaced some vacuum lines. I have done a compression test with just spark plug three removed and got a reading of 150 I then did a compression test with all plugs removed and got the following readings  CYLINDER 1.   155   CYLINDER 2. 155   CYLINDER 3. 170    CYLINDER 4. 155.    I have checked the spark also and all cylinders are getting spark.       

 could it be the timing is off just enough to screw up cylinder three?

UPDATE. messing around with it more this morning i discovered i can pull cylinder 3 and 4 ignition wires off the the spark plugs and it changes nothing on how the engine runs. so its running on two cylinders and its getting fuel and spark to all cylinders.  would it be have to be the timing is off then?

What's the sparkplugs look like?  Wet?  How's the oil and water look?
