« on: Apr 18, 2014, 08:33:59 PM »
Hey all I just noticed the other day while I was in my passenger wheel well that the connector is not plugged into anything. Do you know what it might be to? (the green plug) Also is that my knock sensor in the yellow plug on the block?

The truck is a 1985 toyota pickup sr5 22rec 4x4 manuel trans. has AC and PS

Have a temp gauge in the dash?  Looks like the connection for that.

I think the wiring harness has all possibilities......

So it might be something for an auto transmission.

I was thinking that was a possibility I just am trying to track down a stutter in the idle and saw this and wondered.

I have that same one hanging, I thought it was for the auxiliary air valve that my truck no longer has. Do you have a wire going to your auxiliary air valve?

Whoops, I just looked again, mines different  :hammer:
