If you're going for capacity, that up to you in regards to brand.  I suspect any of the Summit offered cells are ok.  In regards to fuel pump, I did a Walbro 255lph inline pump with a filter prior to pump, as well as the filter under the intake.  I believe a 190lph Walbro would work just fine.  It puts out a given pressure/volume and the regulator will take care of dumping any excess fuel back to the tank.  My pump is mounted on my frame rail close to my e-brake cable.

Find a pump that matches the output of the stock pump. Mount it as close to the cell as possible, most pumps that I have dealt with are pushers, not pullers. Myself I would modify (cut a hole) in the cell and adapt the stock pump to it.

I was worried about the Walbro pulling fuel out of my stock tank as well.  LCE guys told me it would pull fine so long as it was close to the tank and had a pre-filter.  They were right, it works great...

Its a 97 Tacoma stock fuel pump in the Keg

My 89 Yota DD has the factory RE pump and tank running the 97 2RZ and works all the same.

Yeah.  I would probably do an in line pump with the keg on its side.  The bottom of the keg is nice and dome shaped which works well with the pump on top hanging down.

It all depends on how you make it I suppose.  I would try and avoid cutting the keg apart like I did.  I would simplify it and get away with welding on a couple bungs and run the external pump.  You need a fuel return line and breather as well as the fuel out + a fill cap.  I reused a power steering fluid resevoir cap for my fill.. says Toyoda on it.   I would try a different route if I did one for you since you don't already have a Tacoma pump like me.  I did it for free99 minus consumables, wire, gas , electricity sanding disk and time.  It might be a pretty penny starting with nothing because you have quite a list of things to buy.  I do have a hook up on kegs though :beerchug:
