GM v8conversion clutch sliping
« on: Mar 11, 2011, 08:34:47 AM »
I run a 69 327 small block with maybe 200 hp I had a 168 tooth flywheel that i had turned, new conversion clutch and a pressure plate out of a one ton, I run it into a w56 four cylinder tran, I have a adjustable rod in my slave clyinder for the through but it just slips no matter what unless im in double low. I want to maybe try a different clutch like a dual friction but they don't offer a 10.5 clutch does anyone know of a good grabing set up or do I need to just get rid of the set up all together.
