2RZ Swap Auto

Couple questions.
 #1. Will a 2wd or 4wd 3RZ auto bellhousing and Torque converter connect a 2RZ engine to an A340h auto transmission? (92 4x4 V-6 4runner)

#2. Will the 2RZ auto ECU control the A340h transmission?  What is needed to make this work?
