Dual turbo t-case
« on: Aug 09, 2008, 10:16:12 PM »
I own two turbo transfer cases and and one regular 87 EFI transfer case. I would assume that it would be better to both turbo cases on a dual setup. Would that be accurate? Maybe it's required?

run both the turbo cases. they are both 23 spline inputs which are bigger and stronger. get the 23spline dual case adapter and your good to go. then you can later on upgrade to the 23 spline 4.7 gears (make sure you buy marlins total spline stuff cause its burly and bad ass) and you will be sitting pretty happy. throw in a longfield out put shaft and im almost sure you will probably never break a thing. remember, i said probably never  but stuff happens.

Thank you very much for that info kiyul4130! That makes me feel better so that I can now feel safe selling my transfer case from my 87 4Runner. (I do have marlin's 4.7 gears in one of the cases already.)

Anyone need a t-case? J/K, I've got a bunch of stuff to up in the classifieds.
