Just removed this from a running & driving truck.  Worked fine with no problems.  Don't know how many miles are on it or if it has ever been rebuilt.  Comes with bell housing clutch fork and shifter.  I did find out that it was running Red Line Light Shockproof Gear Oil @ $11.50 a quart, that's why it is blue/green inside. :grinpimp:

Also for sale is the 23 spline (factory turbo input) reduction box, 2.28 ratio, set up as a top shift, will include shifter; and the Marlin Crawler 23 spline dual transfercase adapter #738

Rear T-case is not for sale.

I will NOT separate the bellhousing.  Don't even ask.   I will separate the trans/reduction box/adapter if I get buyers for both at least two of the pieces.

DCabTaco, you PM box is full. 

I believe the dual case adapter is several years old so I don't know if it is a MC07, or the previous model.  It is not rotated.  I will only sell individual items if I get confirmed buyers for at least two of the pieces.

I sold the tranny today and I had a couple of PM's about the dual case adapter so I decided to take them apart.  When I got it apart there was some rust in the coupler.   Got it all cleaned up, couldn't really figure how it got rusty in there.    There is however, some visible wear on the splines in the coupler.  I tried to get a pic but it was kinda difficult.  These were the best I could do.






I was also a bit confused by the AA & Marlin Crawler casting.   







Based on the numbering in the crawler registration thread this one, number 736, should be an MC07

Just a couple more of the reduction box.



This setup was still working fine when it was removed.  I'm open to offers considering the wear.  Toyotaboy, got your PM, it would be nice to sell both together.  Tried to relply, but your box is full.

If you're cool with the condition I'll go ahead and ship it for $375.  I did take it apart, so it will need a little re-assembly, or I can clean up the reduction box and put it back together for you.

last question... on the picture of the reduction box it looks like there is heavy rust and pitting on the end of the shaft of one of the gears... how bad is this in person?

it looks like a really old adapter. maybe the MC05? i dont know, maybe bikemike will see this. he will know for sure. id like the 23 spline coupler cause i want the TS 23 4.7 gears, then id be 23 throughout my cases.

i have an mc7 with the AA casting it cant be THAT old

souldnt you be worrying about axles and gear not tcase parts

The "rust" is the same that was on the coupler.  It cleans off with a wire brush.  Some opinions here.
