BigMike, if you think that is big power, check out customtacos.com, there are more than a few guys there getting 250rwhp+on their 2rz's with stock LONG BLOCKS...

Been playing with it a bit, replaced the fuel pump (BIGGER) and injectors, it was close to the edge before, a new tune and it's now making 237hp @ the wheels with about 14 psi boost, still on the stock bottom end, theres more there easy but i don't want to blow it up just yet, after all it is my girls daily driver.

HOLY CRAP :o :shocking: :yikes:

I JUST found this post.

Wow, I have nothing to say. That is so amazing. What, a good 280 at the crank? At least?

11psi on the stock bottom end??

I am going to be Supercharging mine soon, using all stock electronics, and I was just thinking about 4 or 5 psi on the stock engine with stock internals (9.5:1 compression). I am not really looking for a lot more peak power, but just rather a more broad torque band for when I go 37" tires. My stock powerband starts around 3k and I would love for that to start anytime I touch the throttle :eyebrow: I love superchargers

But if you are running that much boost on the stock bottom end, then wow. That is soo cool and I am so glad to see that it can handle that much boost!!

Cheers to ya buddy!!!! Awesome awesome AWESOME!!!   :beerchug:
Mike check out Customtacos.com, PSI racing is running 1200hp on a stock bottom end!!!
Racerx and dropthattaco are also running over 250hp on the stock long block... and rising!

Just lookin around, what turbo did you use, just a CT26 Toyota turbo or...?
Also why a FMIC? For a 4x4 or offroad (rally) vehicle, they really benefeit from a TMIC, if your heat soak isn't too bad, just my thoughts though.

The turbo is a Garret GT28, and the FMIC because it was cheap and it fit, A TMIC would have been nice but there is not enough room under the bonnet and i didnt want to cut it up at the time.
