the 2WD and 4WD oil pans are different....2WD is front oil pickup...4WD is rear oil pickup...hope this helps.
so a pickup(non T100) and T100 2 wheel drive pans are both rear sump?
my 4wd is rear sump... to clear the axle.
No the current oil pan and the hydro assist ram want to occupy the same space. Also when I was doing my sas the axle had to be pushed pretty far forward for the tie rod to clear
'cuz the oil pan on my '93 definitely is limiting the compression travel. (Well, the bumpstops actually limit it, but they have to be that low to prevent the highsteer from hitting the pan...)
