one ton Tundra front d-shaft options
« on: Sep 01, 2011, 02:40:05 PM »
I just got done with the rebuild of my 02 Tundra by putting in a 35 spline Dana 60 with 4.88's and a detroit locker with a radius arm/coilover suspension setup.  I am running a 1350 u-joint on the axle end and a 1310 on the t-case end.  I am running the stock chain drive transfer case.  I am experiencing slight binding at both u-joints and wanted to know if there are any options for me to get things from not binding.  A CV at the t-case end with a high angle joint at the axle?  2 high angle u-joints at both ends of the shaft?  Would I need to swap out the flange at the t-case?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
