Try a hydrogen generator on 4 banger?

Im no hippie But has anybody thought about a hydrogen generator on there rig. If anybody has done this can they help me out.

had a buddy that was way into it, ended up being a total waste of money.

IF it made a significant difference it would be common place on cars...

install a diesel engine if you want gas milage, run it of WVO or waste motor oil

wont work. dont waste your time or money.  i know on EFI toyotas, heard from a field tech for toyota tell a co worker that this will never work. has to do with how it reads the o2 sensor and that you can't make it read past a certain point so you will never lean out the mixture enough to use less gas. well something like this. i heard this over a year ago

My buddy tried. Didnt work. now he has a hole in his intake manifold.

ya idk i have a buddy he clam he can do it for me lol. for the computer part he also has a full dynastic computer and he clams he can make the mixture right and add like 40% mpg

I think ill do it on my parts yota to see wut happens and let you guys know if you really can get better gas. Just for kicks and giggles

Probably as cost effective as a hybrid, the gains and costs end up a wash.

You don't have to worry about mixture.............

These things generate  H2 and O2 in the correct proportion.

The O2 sensor will get the mixture correct for the remaining O2 that enters the engine.

i can get you like 50% increase in fuel economy if you use the tornado air filter swirler thingy ;)


i gots me a buddy that uses it.... gets like 100 mpg on his toyota
