Sorry for sounding like a newb here, not sure if this is where I should post either

How do you unsubscribe from a thread you've posted to?

Not from getting email notifications, but from having it pop up under the "new replies to your posts" section?

click on profile towards the top of your page, then under modify profile, there is a link that says Notifications and email.  Click on it and check all the ones you want to stop getting notifications on.  hope this helps.
