Marlin's Service is top notch!
« on: Apr 27, 2010, 04:22:23 PM »
I called Marlin Crawler on Monday morning (yesterday) to ask questions on some parts I needed to order. The fellow on the other end was really informative and a big help with decisions on what I needed.
I placed my order with him around 9 or 10 a.m. and the box was here today about 1 p.m.!! Same thing happed the last time I ordered, was here the next day. This is the best service I have ever encountered anywhere when ordering by phone or off of a website!!
Thank you Marlin and Crew.

Northern California, not really too far from them.
I ordered 4 Rancho shocks from a dealer on E-bay, they are located in southern Calif and it took 2 1/2 weeks to get them to my door after repeated calls asking where are my shocks??  So I am thankful for a company like Marlin Crawler.

If you got Rancho 9000s, it was worth the wait.
