well the e brake dont work to well got to keep adjustion it and my front driveshaft is to short about 3 inches so i got to get 1 built. i want to put a dual transfercase in so its a waste of money cause i got to get 2 more driveshafts made when i do it. but i got layed off so it might be a while before i get 1 put in. the aussie locker goes great. ive been  some places already in 2 wheel drive were others need 4 wheel drive

The problem could be the main carrier bearings in the tranny. under load the bearings dont have much pressure on them( or so my friend described to me) then when u let off the gas the load is transfered to the bearings causing them to make noise. That was my problem- time to rebuild my tranny

Mine makes a similar noise but I just turn up the radio  :ha_ha: It's amazing how many things I can "fix" that way.

My truck makes this same noise, almost like to chains clanging together really fast. It's a brand new Marlin R150. I'm in the middle of swapping out the rear axle with a Dana 60.....once I’m done re-doing the drive shaft/ pinion angle and everything else hopefully the noise will disappear  :dunno:
