Do you have a motor for this thing yet?

Those t-case e-brakes are awesome!!  Nice score!
I had the hardest time getting mine to work but after it was all adjusted, it held great. Now I need a new disc after my drive shaft let loose on the highway.

No,no motor yet. I have a new head and pistons for it but I still need machine work timing chain and front cover, oil pump and all that good stuff. I have been seeing motors on craigs list for fairly cheap so I am going to try to pick up a used one for now.

hopefully I can get mine to work. Did your drive shaft let loose because of the disk?

No, I don't think so, I will admit that I probably made a mistake and didn't get the nuts/bolts torqued after I snugged them up :wall: That won't be happening again.
