Slow 86 Build Up

I have been reading build ups on this forum for long time so i thught i would share mine.Had this truck for a bout a yaer and this is what i have so far. took the cab&bed off/cut off IFS stuff/cleaned frame/made spring hangers for rears up front and chevys back

1990 4Runner, SAS, 22re, 5spd, Dual stock cases, Locked f/b, interior cage

The game plan is. toy rears up front / Chevy's in the rear/dual t-case 2.28 front 4.7 23 spline rear / 5.29 RP / welded rear dif  open front dif for now / rebuild 22re / all pro t-case e-brake make rear disk brake brackets / all that on 37MTRs with yota axles. I want to getter drivable then get some beffyer axles and lockers.   oh ya got some stuff from all pro the other day.

Those t-case e-brakes are awesome!!  Nice score!

I got the spring hangers tacked on and made some rear shackle hangers out of the old ones

Those rear spring hangers look good on there. I wish I thought of designing mine like that when I did them many many moons ago. Oh well too late now. At least till I decide to redo them. :flamer:

Went to Fresno yesterday and stoped by Marlin Crawler to pick up some stuff. HySteer/MC07R10 23 spline #376 /4.7 gears 23 spline/ U-bolt flip kit/ front shakles/ and a knuckle service kit

Started on the t-cases . Big mess i had to take the housing off a forword sift and the shift rail off the top shift because the previous owner put a plug the hole that was on the side off it and it had a chip were t-case mount gos .maybe i will get um back together tomorrow  :crossed:

The adapter and reduction box is 6 1/2 inches and the t-case 12 3/4 inches witch is 19 1/4 inches total

did you paint those cases?  Looks like both reduction boxes and cover#2 saw the can. :dunno:  Looks good anyway though.
