Kyle (88pathy), Jon (jon82toy) and myself took another trip out to Millerton Lake last Friday for a little showdown.

The water has come up so much most of our crawling spots are now 20 feet under! :o

We only stayed for a couple of hours and I didn't take many pics.

It was a lot of fun and our rigs are working really, really good!

It was good to finally see the Venom out on the rocks without breaking parts! :beerchug:

Kyle has the White Venom, Jon runs the "nearly-stock" ARTR, and I'm packing the Green/White unstoppable powerhouse of RC throwdown

The Badlands work great. He just need a little softer compound and it would be perfect.

OK went out again... Lil rain and chill but overall it was perfect. Besides the ever raising water level eating up our sweet spots it was a good day. The Venom worked a ton better with the weight moved forward more Big Mike was the pioneer of sick lines, and Jon has a turboed 3rz in his beast and can jump over things that are impossible to crawl. Fun times.

We had a lot of fun! Jon (jon82toy) and myself got there around 10:45 am and Kyle got there around 11:15 am.

Tim (TURBO) showed up about an hour later only to discover that he left his radio back at home! :smack: Poor TURBO!! An hour of driving for nothing

Kyle is right regarding the water level. All of the good spots are twenty feet under. We drove around a lot searching for better rocks but didn't find anything really good. There was one small spot where we stopped first but it was only fun for about 2 hours max.

Has anyone checked out the north side of the lake? Is it still $7 to get in there? We need to find some good rocks for free that are between YLP and Fresno for convenience!

Here is a short video I took. Brought the good camera and the tri pod only to discover that my memory card was like 90% full and only had room for this 1 video, no pictures!! :ack: :ack:

Yeah well you still made it, plus I had already driven that line before hand

We just need to keep tinkering with em. Both of ours perform better and better each time out :yesnod:

Jon's is just stupid fast :burnout: it's insane!
