hey guys im 16 and helping a budddy of mine build a truck its our first build i have helped build 2 others but this is not a yota so im looking for some i deas. its an 1986 nissan hard body with ifs, we want to swap the ifs out for yota axels and do a lift any suggestions. thanx

i think CalMini has a kit for a solid axle swap if you want to do it like that

my buddy is gettin a hard body soon and im tryin to get him to do the same thing

one of the main problems is it looks like the nissan has a driver side front axle while the toyota front axle is passenger.

with the rear axle of the nissian it would be better to run a d44 front and than you wont have to run spacers

what are you talking about for spacers like wheel spacer and we were looking at a 89 cherokke axel for the front and rear

he is talking about wheel spacers, front and rear width are usually different...



good luck on 89 cherokee axles...... i guess its cool, they just aren't known for their strength
