« on: Apr 13, 2006, 05:32:28 PM »
Hey i have a 1980 toyota 4x4 shortbox pickup with a 20r and a 4 speed tranny, i have a 3 inch lift on it and i wana run 33 or 34 inch LTB swampers or 33inch Super swampers, i also wana run aussielockers in the front and rear and was wondering if i would be running into broken axels, it will be using stock gears, 33 or 34 inch tires and lockers front and rear, will the axels hold up .

in the rear you wont have any problems at all you might break a birf in the fron every now and then if your not carefull just be aware of how much traction the front end is getting when turning and how much power is applied with the wheels strait your not going to break them

rear will be fine, but as soon as you turn hard and gas it, birfs are gonna blow.
