im rebuilding my axle and was just wondering how you get out the inner axle seal and the wheel bearing seals as well as the wheel bearings? Do they need to be pressed out or can they just be pounded out any help would be great thanks.

The seals can be taken out with a seal puller or even a screw driver.  The bearings just come out when the seal is taken out.  But the races need to be pressed or hammered out with a punch.

Since you are replacing them, just use a screwdriver and a BFH to get the old ones out.

but be careful not to damage the surface that the race mates to.  it's okay to damage the surface on the race where the bearing mates to it because you have a new one, just don't gouge the inside of the axle housing.
in the projects nooga, anything goes

I couldn't get mine out with a screwdriver or a hammer.  I ended up bending the hammer handle.  So i went to my old school and used a seal puller.  worked like a charm.

A way i used to pop out the inner bearing and seal is put the 54mm Nut threaded onto the spline a little and give the hub a quick yank and they will both pop right out. Simple, and quick

inner seals?? i used a 6 foot piece of rebar,  since i had both side off at the same time

bring it to me i'll rebuild it for ya

its really not hard at all if you take your time,   just make sure when replaceing the trunion bearings you replace the races if they need it and make sure you have the same amount of shims top and bottom

79coyotefrg thanks for the offer but i already have it done and rebuilt on both side i still just have to put the rotors and hubs back on.  And i was wondering how much grease you put on the spindle and in the hubs?

You don't have to overload the spindlewith grease.  I just cover the spindle with a thin layer of grease.  I put some grease inside the hub too, but also not alot.  You don't really get that much heat in the hub.
