x2 I would go all out and get the proper drivetrain for the v8. Or scrap the v8 idea and keep it toyota that just my

Edit: just read more on your plans, definately stay away from the yota cases and go the other route. Screw the 9" get a 14bolt for the rear and a dana 60 up front.
Thats what I decided. I will be going with 60s and the NP cases. Its gonna take me a minute to save up the greens to build her up but she'll get there. Still hopin to have it at least trail bashin by the end of July.
