I bought a truck and somebody put the timing chain on wrong with the cam gear off 180 degrees from the crank.  What should I do?

The valves are bent, pull head fix

I have had several head gasket problems in the past (both jobs I have done and had a shop do)  I'm not sure what gaskets were used but I think another issue is the head bolts.  I never replaced the head bolts with new ones or studs and I don't know what the shops I went to did either.
make sure the head bolt holes are clean and no trash in the bottoms and you should be fine.  I am still using the 20R headbolts that came with my truck and thats been about 5 headgaskets ago.
