Yup, that's the part number I found too. I just found the old tube in my nut bin, but mine was 18ml instead of 4 oz. I remember it being not quite enough to do one.
Im not exactly sure on the size, I forgot, but it took two tubes on the fan I did and when I tightened it down a little bit oozed out.
