The diameter is the same as the 4 cyl and V6. I had it all written down and don't know what I did with it.
The T100 thickness is about 1" and the V6 is approx. 7/8" I think the specs are listed in product details on Autozone's website.
I used 1995 T100 without ABS to look them up. I'm pretty sure the rotor diameter and thickness is listed. I did not find info on piston sizes however. Hope this helps.
i found the specs, the T100 and SR5 4runner of the same 1995 year model share the same brake rotors and calipers.
