These are good ideas--the OBA and anti-wrap, too. Can't tell for sure from the pics, but how 'bout DYI beadlocks? Synthetic winch line and a Hawes fairlead to replace the vulnerable roller fairlead? Dual battery set up for the big amp alt. you probably gonna tell me you're already have?
