Glen, do you mean the black piece at the lower end of the injector? Mine have a plastic/rubber piece covering the actual end of the injector, with a hole for the fuel to come out of. I tried to get a better pic of some injectors, but my shop is a disaster. And I can't find my spares.
And this was before they were cleaned.
The one one the far right is probably what yours looks like right???
I sent mine to
http://www.witchhunter.com/ and they had them back in no time. I would definitely get them cleaned, since they will clean them, see what they are flowing at, and replace all the o-rings, screens and bushings. Look at their site and it will tell ya what they all do.
