Beef chucksteak, and make sure it has LOTS of marbling.  Cooks up so tender and juicy on the bbq, everyone else brings expensive meats and then wants mine when they see how tender it is.  Don't use any A1 here, too tangy for me, just marinade with bbq sauce, a little terryaki and a little beer........them's good eats!!     Nate
