just a thought, but when I did mine, we forgot the washer that goes to the caliper bolts, and it would tighten down too tight, and not allow it to spin.

Yes, did you grease the lip on the seal?
I did but I will do it again to be sure.
maybe your wheel bearings are to tight.
The instructions say to torque it down then back off the nut. With the nut backed off it is still tight.
