ok i have spoken with le engineering and they told me without chaning the computer 150 is the max you can get out of the 22re. the computer wont allow for enough fuel to go over that. But i agree on the cam. But how much are you looking to spend. I am not sure there is one mod that I would say over another because a lot of them work together.
