go with the solid mount,,the double shackle will unload if you go down a steep down hill climb,,they can fold under if you have to back down a sttep clib,,and they make noise..all you flex come from the shackle in that set up,,you really don't work the spring..You can put jonny joint mounts in the rear and be happy..I would not put chevys under a light truck though..The chevy springs I think work best under a heavy 4runner over a lighter truck..Also swap out the chevy over load for a toy overload,,and cut off the rear spring clamps,,keep the front keepers for axle wrap..
