Thanks, I have no idea what those are (yet) but I'll poke around on search. I know about locking hubs and the IFS hubs but... flanges? I'm probably thinking about something different.

No big deal, instead of having hubs that you can lock and unlock, they permanently lock the shaft to the hub, causing the front axle to always be locked in.
