I was thinking clutch fan but why would it be stay cool driving around town and not on the highway.
When running higher RPM's the fan can't keep up with the engine and will spin slower then it should. Usually you can check it by spinning the fan and seeing how easy it turns.

BTW, best to stick with NGK plugs.

3 CAT scans a MRI and some time with the shrink and it's comfirmed. I'm just not right in the head.
