I just looked over the whole build looks good. I'm digging the rolled tube on the back half it looks really good i wanted to do that but i'm not sure of anyone around here that has a roller.

As far as the inboarded sprigns go my friend ran them but he went to far in towards the third and it had some problems striping out the nuts on the u bolts, other then that they work awesome from what I have seen.

Do you know how long the explorer springs are?
thanks!  i am really liking the rolled tube also.  it will look even better when i get some skins on it!  currently i am working on the spare tire mount. i should have that done friday.  as far as u bolts goes i havnt had any problems.  i only went in three inches on each side so the u bolts are still riding on the same shape of axle tube.   the explorer springs measure about 57 inches eye to eye and the centerpin is at 26 inches.
