Yea sorry it took so long...I had my friend mike at 4 wheel parts help me install my aussie locker....i just swaped from 3rds in and went to test it out 
And Shoot that thing clicks like crazy! Its a little scary 
I just need some one to tell it its normal 
if i remember right, the instructions said some clicking is normal... as it has to "break-in"
did you test it before finalizing the installation as to how the instrustions outlined?
you're faster on getting this done then i am.
i havent even tore my spare apart yet.
i need to clean my garage first so i have a clean area to work.
