i checked spark by holding a screwdriver in the plug wire and it shocked the :: out of me. and for the fuel i disconected it at the filter and turned it over and gas cam shooting out the gas line. (and todd i havnt fixed that line yet. i just cut that whole peace of and hose clamped it to the hard line. it held up with the old motor.) and about the timmning, it starts of lugging and when i hold the key over it speeds up and is turning over normal. im go spray starting fluid in the intake and see if it starts. ill let you guys know in like 5 mins.
