I just put a Pacesetter header on my '85 pu 22r and I have to re-tighten almost ever bolt at least once a week. Would locktite be a bad idea?
i dont know if this had been covered-but toyota used brass or brass covered nuts on manifolds so that expansion and contraction could be kept to a min.

use factory hardware with locknuts and it should be fine, i did on my first 22r and went 5 years without a bolt coming loose, and on my 2nd now ive gone about 4 years
