Box tapping practice went really well. It wasn't a big deal at all. I just piloted, then drilled to 7/16", and finally tapped. I really hate to reuse any of that old box, as it's really just pretty much fubared
I have another box I can use, so I might just go that route and re-tap, as it's not that big of a deal.
