How long would you think it would take to put dual cases in my 84 extra cab?

If you buy a kit, then I would say for the first timer: 1.5 hrs to assemble Crawl Box.
If you buy the unit then its already built.
Then to remove stock t/case, 40mins, then grind drivers side shift rail (1/2") and bolt the two together, 10mins, cut the extra shifter hole in the floorboard, maybe 30mins for that, and then install the dualcase setup, 30mins.

So I would say if you buy the kit it will take maybe 3 hours 15mins or so..
Or if you buy the Unit, then maybe 1 hour 45 mins.

I actually have no idea but this is my guess for a first timer with little experience with drivetrain work. For me I can build a unit (including dissembling a stock t/case) in 20mins, bolt the two together in 5mins, and remove / replace and finish the job in 1 hour flat. With a unit it would only take me about 30 mins to get it installed. Oh thats not including the hole in the floorboard. So another 15mins for that..

Anyone who has experience with installing multiple setups have any speed records they would like to share? :eyebrow:
Nice times, I have a record of 2 hours from start to finish....that's tearing out t-case and building duals with 4.7-1.
