So that will be a good time to spray some Rust Destroyer and then some engine block black paint all over the frame and everything else.
Has anyone used the "Rust Destroyer" paint? I bought a can for some rust I created on my MR2 because I didnt spray paint an area I welded, but I never used it.

I really need to as the rust is still spreading on my baby

But the can was like 6 or 7 bucks and it will take a bunch of cans to paint everything on the truck.
The can says that it is a "Patented Rust Converting Primer" that is just sprayed directly over rust and converts it into primer. Then I would just paint some black over the top of that and I would be done...
So Im just wondering if you guys just paint basic engine enamel paint over rust without any problems? I could take some sand paper to the major flat areas but I'll never be able to clean all the nicks and crannies...
Anyone?
