Trail -gear(bite my tongue) sells a 3", most likely needs longer shackles too. A friend with the 5" isn't impressed. They told him 6 month's of wheeling before the springs would s and sag. His made it 3 months. Might last on something that doesn't get stretch out.
Another option requiring fab work. French in a new hanger, high than stock? Raise the shackle tube and mod the cab mount to work. This could take a inch or two out of lift springs.
