i put a new starter in it and checked the flywheel, the old and new starter are acting the same way, on the pos cable to the starter there aren't any burn marks and i couldn't find any disconnected gound wires. all the wiring has been redone because of the new motor so nothing is frayed. the truck has only been up once before this
