For some reason the aftermarket includes those even if you don't have an auto, to where OEM's don't even have them. I guess it's so they only have to Make 1 radiator for all applications. If your truck is running a little hot so did mine with that Korean radiator. Dump it find a new OEM or an old one recore it and it will run cooler. That POS always ran hot for me so I finally found an old V6 in good shape had it redone. I constantly had to refill mine with that radiator.
I got a Miloden (sp?) from Napa. No auto coolant lines and engines doesn't run hot.
