Re: any ideas for manual choke?

I'm setting up a manual choke because the electric choke was being an inconsistant pain in the arse.  It would not work when starting and then stick when the engine warmed up.  I tried adjusting it, but realized it would be cheaper and (so I thought) easier to make it a manual choke.  I have a few ideas on how to make a better choke kit than the one I bought, just wanted to see if anyone here had any great ideas/pics of theirs.
