Re: 20R on propane
« on: Dec 20, 2005, 06:30:51 PM »
I have a 20R that I am contemplating on putting in my samurai and using propane, but I am wondering if any one has any idea how much power this setup would make?

I have also been reading on the 20R/22R hybrid and it sounds like this would work pretty good with propane, Would there be any problems with having the head shaved down for higher compression to utilize the high octane of propane?

If I am going to do a motor swap I would like to ATLEAST double my current power(65hp)
but I want good low end power too and I was just basicly wondering if this setup is for me

thanks
hey jeff,   the 20/22 hybrid with 10:1 pistons and  propane  would make that sammy  skooooot
