When I did my swap, I labeled hoses, then followed back to tank. You could try swapping them 
Yes just tried that, but now the sun is hiding and it always slows down when the sun isnt out. Its still dripping slowly, not sure if that was still just left in the rubber line or not.
What would happen if they were switched? I didn't seem to notice any issues until I filled up my tank. Maybe I overfilled? But I just waited for the pump to click and didn't keep going.
