There have been times I have tried for hours to get thru on the phone, only to text Bigmike, and he would reply "Call RIGHT NOW!" He says the phone will literally ring off the hook for hours, then all of a sudden it won't ring for an hour. So, be persistant, I know its a PITA. But your being honest in saying you got the wrong part.
