Did you put a dab of RTV on each edge of the halfmoon, where the gasket meets the head? If you don't, it will leak, even with a new gasket, same as the front.
Also, if you used a generic valve cover gasket(not pre-formed), they can often come out of the groove in the cover on install.
No I did not do this and yes I did use a generic valve giver gasket. Thank you for that I will probably be redoing that this weekend. And this is why I ask questions.
