Toe will tend to cause scrubbing across the tread and depending on it being in or out will cause some cupping on either the inside or outside but if it is just wearing hard on the inside or outside it will be camber. Funny thing is this question is always up for debate but I have found that excessive wear on the inside or outside it will be primarily the camber but probably both camber and toe to some degree. If there it too much toe in the outside edges will roll under and wear on the outside some as would be the same for too much toe out. This will also cause the tire to hop a little and give you the cupping, camber will just wear hard on the edge it is sitting on.
