you need to get some pictures up so we can see your pinion angle. It should point right at your t-case and have just a few degrees angle. I had a really bad noise from my tranny before I installed a cv driveline. If your pinion angle is good, and you are already running a cv, then your looking at bad bearings or something like that in the tranny. Pics of your dl setup would be helpful. Pulling your tranny and inspecting the clutch may be inevitable.
