Yeah he is, but I didn't on my taco (I may regret it later). But honestly has anyone ever REALLY torn or broke their taco frame? Sure it's a thinner wall (barely) and c channel past the cab but has anyone actually had a problem or did everyone just start plating their taco frames because they THOUGHT something might happen?

my cousin did on his tacoma the mount for the shock tower went backwards and made a big hole in the middle of the frame.
